Black Desert Online's third PM Diary was posted earlier today, announcing a number of details about the game's launch version. Perhaps most important are the changes being made to the cash shop. "Functional costumes," such as the Ghillie Suit and Fish costume, are being put under the category "Costume." "Vanity Costumes," such as the Conqueror's Package armor, are being put under the category "Outfit." A full outfit set, including the weapon skin, will now cost 2900 Pearls now, rather than the previously announced price of 3200 Pearls.

From March 3rd to March 14th, full outfit sets will be discounted even further to 2500 Pearls. Additionally, all pets will be 20% off.

Owners of pre-order packages can access their items once they have logged in and created a character. CBT1 and CBT2 event rewards will not be accessible until after March 3rd. All items and rewards will be "sent to your Family on the Region chosen."

The final server setup has also been announced. NA and EU will have three servers each. Each server will have nine channels. Eight of these channels will be broken into clusters of two. For example, there will be a Balenos A1 and Balenos A2, but only there will only be a Velia A1. Channels will be added or removed as necessary. Siege wars will take place on the first channel of each cluster sometime after launch. Chat will be broken into language-specific channels that you can set manually. Each channel can be read by players with the same setting within your cluster. For example, Balenos A1 and A2 can communicate, but Balenos A1 and Velia A1 cannot.

You can read the rest of what was announced here.
